Ms. West is a distinguished executive leader with more than twenty-five years of experience in executive leadership, organizational strategy, governance, operations, workforce strategy, and complex business initiatives. As Chief Administrative Officer of JEBA, she provides strategic and operational leadership supporting the firm’s clients, consulting engagements, partnerships, and growth initiatives. She works closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution, strengthen organizational and project governance, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build the operational infrastructure needed to deliver innovative solutions and sustainable business results.

People and Operations Manager
Ms. Dinh brings deep experience in project management, communications, and team operations to JEBA’s advisory and transformation work. She partners closely with the Leadership team to coordinate key initiatives and ensure priorities translate into clear, measurable execution.
